Use specified bolts: Only use bolts that meet the required specifications. Avoid full-thread bolts, old bolts, or reused nuts, washers, and elastic washers.
Proper positioning: The inner and outer raceways of the worm slewing drive should be placed on both sides of the main load plane, staggered by 90 degrees. Check the fit between the worm drive and the installation surface with a feeler gauge. If the fit is not suitable, fill the gap with the appropriate material.
Avoid post-installation welding: Do not perform welding operations on the support after installing the worm slewing drive.
