When the outer gear ring teeth are worn on one side, the outer gear ring can be turned upside down for use; When individual external teeth are damaged, they can continue to be used. However, when the gear does not mesh into the gear ring, a hand crank can be used to first rotate the crankshaft, causing the damaged gear ring to be misaligned with the starter gear; If both sides of the outer gear ring are severely worn, it should be replaced with new parts or repaired by welding. If the outer gear ring is severely worn and the engine runs unevenly, it is caused by the wear of the outer gear ring and the loss of balance, and the balance should be corrected. The heating temperature when replacing the outer gear ring should not exceed 400 ℃, otherwise it will cause the gear ring to lose its hardness and become less durable.
